The Valentek AVC is an Automatic Voltage Control system featuring a high-precision motorized ball screw slide, engineered to automatically maintain a constant distance between the torch and the workpiece during welding. This advanced tracking ensures uniform weld beads and repeatable quality, even when processing workpieces with severe tolerances or thermal deformations.

PLC-driven electronic control combined with real-time arc voltage tracking adjustments delivers total automated process control on the shop floor. Built for industrial versatility, Valentek AVC interfaces seamlessly with any TIG, PLASMA, or MIG welding generator. It is fully Industry 4.0-ready via native LAN Ethernet connectivity and is optimized to operate in perfect synchronization with the WF4R 4-roll wire feeder, mechanical oscillators, and heavy-duty industrial remote controls.
